APAAR ID, DigiLocker and the end of the paper student file

APAAR - the Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry, linked to the student's Aadhaar and DigiLocker - gives every child a lifelong 12-digit academic ID that follows them from Class 1 to college. For schools it means marksheets, certificates and transfer records move digitally instead of on paper.
What the office has to get right:
1. Clean student master data - names, dates of birth and Aadhaar spellings must match exactly, or ID generation fails.
2. Parental consent, recorded and stored - this is not optional.
3. A way to push results and certificates into DigiLocker without re-typing them.
