Fee collection without chaos: what changes when you go digital
· Adonai Team · 5 min read

Manual fee collection is not slow because of the counter. It is slow because of everything that happens after the counter - matching cheques, chasing bounced payments, reconciling the bank statement and rebuilding a defaulter list by hand.
Digital collection removes the reconciliation step entirely. A UPI payment posts into the student ledger, the receipt is generated, the daybook updates and the defaulter list shrinks by one - with no human in the loop.
The second change is psychological. When a parent gets a reminder with a one tap payment link, collection happens on the day of the reminder, not at the end of the term.
